  • How Do I Place an Order and Pay?
    You can place an order on-line or by email. There are 3 payment options:- 1. By cheque - complete the Order Form and send with your cheque made payable to The Jules Touch. 2. On-line using your Credit/Debit Card through PayPal a secure encrypted payment website. 3. Over the telephone using your Credit/Debit Card. If you telephone us and we are unable to answer your call if you leave your name, number and that you are wishing to purchase an item we will ring you back.


  • How will my order be posted and when?
    Our standard Delivery is by 1st Class Recorded Delivery unless you select Next Day Delivery. The Next Day Delivery, if you place your order before 12 noon and we have the item in stock then it will be posted that day and will be guaranteed to receive it before 1 p.m. the next day. If you placed your order after 12 noon then your order will be posted the next working day and you will receive it the following working day before 1 p.m.


  • Can I receive Discount?
    Discount is offered if you are ordering 3 or more items at the same time, you must email us with what you wish to order and how you are wanting to pay and we will confirm the discounted price and relevant payment method details. Discount cannot be given after you have placed your order.


  • How do I place an order for a handmade item that I wish to change?
    If you like a handmade product but want to change the colours of the Crystals and ribbons etc. then contact us with your requirements and we can make it to your specific requirements.


  • How long does it take for handmade items?
    The handmade Tiaras, Alice Bands, Fascinators, Hair Jewels take approximately 4 - 5 weeks. The Handmade Wands & Crystal Bouquets take approximately 6 weeks. If however you require them sooner then please email us first with your timescale and we can confirm if we are able to make them sooner.


  • Can I return an item?
    Our Returns Policy is stated below:- Returns Policy for Handmade items All items from our Handmade Range may be returned to us for a refund (less a 25% fee for bespoke items and any postage & packaging charges). We must be notified within strictly 2 days of receipt and returns must be postmarked within a strictly 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, in the same perfect condition that they were sent and with all relevant packaging. We will not issue a refund if your wedding date has passed or if the item was not as it was sent. Returns Policy for non handmade items All non handmade items may be returned to us for a full refund (less any postage and packaging charges). We must be notified within strictly 2 days of receipt and returns must be postmarked within a strictly 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, in the same perfect condition that they were sent and with all relevant packaging. We will not issue a refund if your wedding date has passed or if the item was not as it was sent. Your statutory rights are not affected. Any items returned by post are done so at your risk. We highly recommend that you adequately insure & protect your parcel when returning items to us. If items don't arrive then it is the senders responsibility to provide proof of postage. If proof of postage cannot be supplied then no refund will be given. If an item arrives damaged due to inadequate protection then the items will be photographed and returned to you.
